✨ When should I schedule my baby’s cake smash session?
It’s best to book as early as possible to ensure a spot on my calendar. I typically recommend scheduling your session about 4 weeks before your little one’s birthday. This gives us plenty of time to plan, shoot, and deliver your images — and for you to order any prints or party displays if needed. My editing turnaround is around 3–4 weeks.
👶 What should my baby wear?
Once your session is officially booked, I’ll guide you through outfit selection! I typically suggest sticking with just one outfit, as changing can sometimes upset baby and cut into our shoot time. The goal is to keep baby happy and the experience smooth and fun.
🎂 What if my baby doesn’t like or touch the cake?
Totally normal — it happens more often than you’d think! If your little one isn’t into the cake, I’ve got a few gentle tricks up my sleeve to help encourage some adorable reactions (and yes, we still get great photos!).
💰 What’s the investment?
Cake Smash sessions range from $380–$520 + tax, depending on the collection you choose. To reserve your date, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 10 days before your session, and I do offer flexible payment plans to make it easier for families.
